Star Milling Co. lab block- Reviews?
    Hi all,
I bought rat chow from this milling co at my local feed store (they didn't have any known brands :/ ) and I'm just wondering how it stacks up. I accidentally tore off the top of the label when I she-hulked the impossible-to-open double walled bag, so I don't have the exact name of the food. I checked out their website, but that wasn't very helpful. If it helps, the bottom of the label says code: 05/06. When I ordered it, I want to say the clerk said it was called Fat Rat. My rats seem to be doing well on it, no cannabalism or anything, I just have a little bit of greasiness on my females. I'd appreciate any input y'all have on this brand of food.

Star Milling Company is down the street from me. I have had to use it in a pinch when Mazuri didn't arrive. On the Star Milling stuff my output dropped to 5-7 babies on experienced moms. I also noticed a few moms that delivered stillborns (undeveloped).... I am faithful to Mazuri because my rats are healthier and production is back at around an average of 14 but I have had 2-21 litters 1-22 litter and 1-23 litter. The star is about 21.00 a bag. I pay 30.00 for my Mazuri. There is 0 thought involved in this.
