Help with Mediterranean House Gecko

I found this little fella in the parking lot at work. He’s barley hanging on. I’m going to do my best to get him better. I’m guessing a bird had him and dropped him. It’s been in the parking lot at least overnight and it was fairly chilly this morning. He’s missing his tail and is really skinny. I was able to get a little water in his mouth with a small medicine dropper. Not much though just maybe two drops. I’m gonna repeat that about every hour for the rest of the night unless it seems like he’s not taking it. I will upload a picture soon. Wish me luck and any advice will be greatly appreciated!!

The little gecko didn’t make it through the night. If a moderator wants to delete this post they can. I would if I knew how.
