Super Banana question?

Sorry if thisnhas already been answered. I haven't been able to find it id it was. Thanks in advance for any help. Alright, so I understand that a male ball python that was produced by a female is a female maker, and a male produced by a male is a male maker. The question that I have is, does the male maker vs female maker work the same way with supers? The way that I understand the gene is attached to either the male or female chromosomes and that's why they are either female or male makers. A super would be giving the gene off both chromosomes. So would a male super bannana produce both male and female makers? I was just wondering and haven't been able to find the answer. Thanks for your help.

From my understanding....
A super banana male will have all banana offspring. But the males will still be male maker offspring.

If the female is the super all off the offspring will be banana and the males will be female makers.


That said... It does seem to be more common now for bananas to throw the opposite sex. For example, Garrick DeMeyer hatched two females in one male maker clutch. *Shrug*

I will say that this is a very interesting question… The hard part is actually getting all of the eggs to hatch and reduce genes to avoid confusion & figuring out who is what… Or what would make the most sense of the pairing if that makes any sense
I was fortunate of the season to hatch my first female banana, and my male has had 4 clutches & is now 12.1 for Banana (combos as he is also BP/Pastave)… so that is correct 3 clutches later he has finally delivered me a female, the real question will be if she produces any females, by the math, she “shouldn’t”
