    An 80W should be more than adequate for that size enclosure. As always, have a temp gun and monitor often. I buy dimmer switches for all my halogen bulbs for my tegu and skink, and also have one for the DHP in my burms enclosure. If it's for financial reasons I get waiting, but if you can manage now and not do something less first, you'll save money later. I've always used cypress mulch from Lowes. Big garden bags are like $5, I'd never pay for reptile prices again it's the same stuff. Same with halogen bulbs for my tegu. They're house flood lights, and no reptile bulb compares. So, there are ways to save in areas and put money in other areas like enclosures. I have my DHP in an Arcadia housing and woth the dimmer it's just fine in PVC. Hope that helps
