    Purchase high-quality animals, sell high-quality offspring, provide good customer service, and care about their investments in the industry, and you'll build yourself a good rep.

    If a buyer is truely interested in long-term investing, they'll welcome higher than bottomed-out prices, both for good animals and services, and to help keep the market up.

    I personally think that breeders (not pointing at ECLARK) who are in it to make fast money will get out of it as soon as that stops. Then, it'll be back to the true long-term investers again.
