Well the areas above and below the area pictured are smaller than this area. She used to be uniform in thickness from mid body down. Now she has this visual lump in the bottom third, I will try to post another pic from a different angle. Do they have any visible swelling just before ovulation?

It definitely looks like a build to me. I would say look for an ovulation in the next 7-14 days. You will know, she will swell twice as big as that.
