    Well I believe some people take them, for a yearly check up, but unless you think they are sick or something, I dont see the need to. Maybe some more experienced people will pipe in.

    i did once we got ours.

    did a stool sample and everything.

    other than that...i'd say if you noticed anything wrong that seemed out of your hands. or if any injuries occured.

    I look it as, these pets are going to be with us for a long time...so If i plan on having this snake for 20+ years...every couple of years wouldnt be a bad time line to take them in.
