    Red and black boa on snakebytes TV?

    Just browsing the forum when that clip of snakebytes tv caught my attention. I must have watched that like 5 times, what is that black and red looking boa he is holding that opens its mouth?

    That is an interesting snake! Is it a genetic mutation or something? These are not something you can see in the wild is it?

    Yes it's a genetic mutation - Simple recessive gene...Very rare but there have been different scale-less species collected in the wild...You haven't see the scale-less Corn snakes? Now those guys are HOT...They'll be the next "craze" in the Corn world...
