So here is a very interesting topic and One that has been discussed for a long time. If you’re familiar with the banana gene, we all know that the bananas that are produced from those not”female maker”, will be boys.
In my experience… Especially reading too many forms… And through my own breedings, I have not had the fortune of hatching out a Visual Grill Banana
That was until the season… I have this beautiful purple snake that came out of this egg…
Mom (Xenia - Pied) would be more interesting than the Father (BP/Pastave/Banana), but her lineage is still to be determined- I got her from a friend… He had very limited information on her and her genes, but a visual pie female is always worth the investment
So I got her… sire was purchased from a reputable breeder and has sired four clutches for me
Out of the four classes I had gotten 12 bananas, all boys until now. Not entirely sure what the big difference is or if there is a big difference between coral glow and banana, but the odds of creating a girl banana again would not have great odds @ 11.1
Just asking if anyone has had any luck with creating a “Female Bananas” from a “non-female makers”
Also, if anyone can help me with what experience of these purples ? Cause she is on fire definitely the HB and her clutch mates are as follows
2.0- Banana/Pastel / Het Pied
1.0- Banana/Mojave / Het Pied
1.0- Pewter/ Het Pied - do we see banana?
