Cause of the nose rub she/he has, I am going to say they are also rubs or something like that. Maybe even scars.

They are wierd looking though, would a scar turn pure white like that with no identation or roughness?
the scales dont look mangled at all, they look absolutely perfect

No, cuase i thought scar at first too, but the scales get all deformed and wrinkled right?

They seriously look like they just are missing pigment, but i didnt know if this could even happen.
some seriously look like an orange crayon, they are bright

Its hard to say Pat. Looks like an odd mark and I don't see any scarring. Scarring is usally a little rougher around the edges.
