Pics from Herp World Expo (major DUW)

I went to the Herp World Expo in San Mateo (CA) today, and had a great time... saw some cool animals, met some cool people (including "CA Cowgirl" from here), and took home a couple of new babies. I'll share the new additions on the corn snake forum - yep, I got more corns - but here are the photos of everything else. I will label what I can remember, and feel free to fill in the blanks!

    Eastern Indigo

Calico Brazilian Rainbow Boa - only one of its kind

    Silly boa

    Hypo BRB

Giant BCI (and Brian Gundy from For Goodness Snakes)

    Hehehe...

    Me with the snake

    Bearded dragons

    Pancake turtles (tortoises?)

    Jaguar Carpet Python

Some special kind of boa... forget the name.

Borneo Black Blood I considered buying

    Black Blood?

You snapped some really great shots Lolo! Thanks for tooling around with me for the afternoon, it was fun to be there with someone equally excited to scope out critters.

I still think it's funny that this gray banded kingsnake had Carl Karcher's face on it (Carl's Jr. creator as seen in the Carl's Jr. star)

My friend who was walking with me for the morning wanted these little things... they are something like $700 or 900 geks.

    Priceless!!

Thanks again for buddying around and taking all of these photos, sharing them so quickly!

LOL... I can see it much better now. I've actually been thinking about that little guy, so there's a chance I'll end up getting him tomorrow - I'd have to name him Carl, right?

OMG!! That would be super awesome and funny if you got Carl, Laura!! Do I get to babysit him for ya? He's a hottie!! Even I was tempted to get him.

Pretty funny how each of these snakes has a head pattern that is truly of other recognizable figures!
