    New cinnamon!

I went to the steel city reptile expo and picked up this adorable little cinny male.

    Nice flames.

He seemed so relaxed, we figured we'd try to feed him before leaving him alone for a week, and he went for it right away. He's 59 grams, the smallest mouse we could get was 22 grams, but he downed it no problem. He seemed skinny. We wonder if he's ever actually eaten before. Perfect strike and coil.

Put in a dollar for size comparison. I know it wasn't not the ideal time, but gf insisted. He didn't seem to mind.

If he keeps this up, he'll be a BEAST! Awesome deal. I'm VERY happy with him. Does anyone know if he's undersize for a few weeks or may not have been eating already?

Awwww, what a cutie! I love Cinnys and their darker coloring. Congrats on him eating so quickly, but watch and make sure he doesn't regurg. Enjoy your new little one!

He seems to be doing fine. Just chilling in his new home. I don't think he'll regurg. We'll see how he is in the morning. But he seems to be taking such a large meal pretty well.

Beautiful cinny...but I have to question your decision to allow him to take up smoking at such a young age....lol.

Nice looking little guy. But I notice from your choice of substrate, somebody must have been learning Japanese at some point. I used to use those same type charts to practice my Hiragana and Katakana characters on...

    Re: New cinnamon!

Congrats on your new addition, he sure is a looker.
At 59 grams, I wouldn't be surprised if that mouse was his first meal. Do many breeders at the shows in the states sell baby balls this small?
