just put some antibiotic ointment on it and watch it until healed keeping it clean.
by the way how did it happen what did it rub up against?

Just put some triple antibiotic on it (like neosporin) that does NOT have pain control in it and keep an eye on it.

Hi,
These things happen occasionally. I just try and work out what it was that she did it with and replace it with something else. The trick is finding something rough enough to help them shed but not sharp or edgy enough for them to do any serious damage to themselves - I nearly always end up useing pieces of bog wood or cork bark.
But that's probably because I have loads of it sitting aorund the flat.
