Hey everyone. I have been working at creating the perfect record sheet for my needs to collect and document data generated (read: pooped/shed) out by my collection of BPs.
With the 2nd version of my sheet done, I decided I was going to make it available to the community that has helped me with so much. So attached to this thread is the .xls file for you to download and enjoy.
If you have any suggestions on how to make it better, please feel free to PM or email me, Im open to constructive criticism.

Quick bit of info about the sheets:
The line next to the shed date records is used to note how the shed went, i.e. stuck, clean, retained eye cap, in pieces, etc.
The KEY at the bottom are just some of the acronyms I use, so feel free to ignore.
Having a bit of technical difficulty and have to dash out the door to take my daughter to band practice...I'll be back in a bit to figure out what's wrong.
Interesting, I just made one last night and tried to post it, I couldn't find out how to attach files. I just used Send Space. That's what I didn't add was a weight column. Good idea!
